Managed to get a same day appointment... when I had an issue with my heating last week. Jon came, discovered what the issue was, called back a few days later with the part needed, job done. Best part of it all, it was covered in my monthly premium.

He... came out the same day to see what the problems were and organised for a brand new boiler to be fitted just 1 week later during the very busy Christmas period. Alex worked very hard and was extremely helpful answering any questions we had. recommendsDay before Christmas Eve, couldn’t get hold of anyone to come and look at my boiler that had died…..except for South... Wales Gas Services. Will came to the house, incredibly professional and didn’t ditch us and leave us over the Christmas period with no hot water or heating. He managed to source the part needed and came back at 7pm to install the new part and got it back up and running. When my... boiler broke last week, I struggled to get anyone to come out to look at it. With temperatures as low as -4 degrees waiting a number of weeks was not an option. As soon as I spoke to Angie she reassured me that she would arrange for someone to call out the same day. With the boiler needing replacing, they managed to rearrange jobs in order for me to have a new boiler installed within a week. From Nick calling out, to Alex, with the help of Will, fitting the boiler, I could not have asked for a better service! Very happy to have both heating and hot water in time for Christmas!

recommendsHad our heating system upgraded from an old inefficient single pipe system to a brand new system complete with new... radiators and boiler. What a difference! It no longer takes the whole day to heat the house to a comfortable level!!
The team from SWGS were fantastic. Efficient, hard working, respectful of the house and a lovely bunch of blokes. Showed up when they said they would and left the house clean and tidy.

recommendsLeaving a review on behalf of my Aunty who was thrilled with the service. She suffers with a chronic health issue so... when her boiler broke it was essential that it be sorted immediately. After explaining that a new boiler is needed, they returned the next day, 8am on a Sunday and replaced it for her.
She says he was so polite and worked hard, fixed it all and left it clean and tidy. Her house has never been so warm.

This morning I went into the airing cupboard and... noticed the expansion vessel was leaking a lot, when I touched it, water started pouring out. I called customer services and amazingly they were at my house within 30 minutes and replaced the part the same day! Amazing service from the team! Thanks so much guys! I would highly recommend them. From Start to Finish they have delivered a... first class experience and workmanship and at very short notice fitted us in for a New Combi Boiler Installation. We have recently moved in to our new home and our boiler had broken down so we were without hot water and heating. Jon & Alex came to the rescue. Polite, Punctual & Professional. Nothing was a problem and I even left them at house to get on with it whilst we were at work (and babysit the 🐈)..how is that for Trust. Thank you very much for all your help snd efforts. recommendsExcellent job carried out by Will and Alex to fit a Worcester Bosch 8000 boiler. Don't think they enjoyed the 4 hours... it took drilling the hole for the flue through a 30 inch solid wall 😁 but just got on with it.
Very neat and tidy, old house, not the easiest.
Had quite a few quotes from different installers, but South Wales Gas Services gave us a very competitive price for the work done.

They are punctual, professional, clean and tidy! They will go out of their way to accommodate and will always try to save something and ensure they get it working rather than simply quote for something new. Honesty goes a massively long way in today's climate. They will attend at short notice, and will happily accommodate out of hours emergency breakdowns.
